Order Cancellation,Return and Refund Policy
If you experience any problems with your order in terms of fit, size, color, or defects, we are pleased to
offer exchange or refund.
Conditions for return:
- Product must be returned unused, Unworn, Unwashed in original packaging with all essential items like price tag, labels, packing, barcodes, invoices, accessories and freebies. Returns without essentials will not be accepted.
- No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once, in damaged condition or tempered.
- No replacement will be accepted after 7 days for the date of receipt your package/ order confirmation.
- Return packages should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Please make sure to seal the packet securely before handing it over to our courier partners.
- If you have multiple items in your order, you cannot cancel a single product. All items will be cancelled.
- For return shipping managed by us, you will need to hand over the product to the assigned logistics service provider at the time of pick-up. In the event the logistics service provider makes attempts to pick-up the product and you are unavailable or not ready to handover the product, we or logistics service provider will not be held responsible for the delay in pick-up or processing of the quality check by us and hence the exchange/refund.
- Only 1 attempt will be made by the logistics service provider to pick-up the product to be returned.
- We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
- Discrepancy between information provided by you and Our Logistics Service Provider In case of any discrepancy in the status of pick-up of a product arranged by us, (where you claim the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if you successfully furnish the courier slip given by our assigned logistics service provider at the time of the pick-up.
- Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
- Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
- When you return your order, the value of the reward points used will credit in your Brand credits and you can use it in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward points.
- Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product/ Missing item received.
- Item purchase during sale is non- refundable.
- Only exchange will be applicable on order purchase on sale/offer.
- Only one time exchange is allowed.
- Customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of serviceable area with reverse logistic. (Note – your courier cost do not exceed above Inr 90. We request you to self ship the products by “ Speed Post” as your courier service)
- Don’t accept if package is tampered and take photograph/video of it.
- Don’t share OTP with carrier if you haven’t received the product.
- A reverse shipment fee Rs 99 is charged. Which will deducted from refund.
Exchange:
- Exchange is not available for products at or below Rs. 899/-
- There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
- For new order of low price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
- Size exchange is subject to availability.

Non-returnable Products:
The non-returnable products list is given below
- Products that have been used or tampered
- Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning
- Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually
Refunds of payment
- After the quality check is completed of returned product at our site by our quality check team, we will issue refunds or brand credits.
- If you have paid using credit cards/ debit cards/ Net banking, the same will be reverted to your account within 4 to 5 business days.
- Please note that if your bank details are provided during the return process, all refunds associated with this order will only be processed via bank transfer.
- Once the return has been made, we will send you an email or SMS notification with confirmation.
- Please note that once the return has been made, you will receive (reimbursed) the amount in a maximum of 14 days depending on your bank.
- If you have sent your return via a carrier, we’ll process it within 24/48 hours after receiving it at our facilities.
- Brand Credits will be issued within 2 business days and can be used to purchase again from shleviro.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
- Credits issued by a brand can be only redeemed on that brand’s purchase.
- For orders placed using Brand Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Brand Credits account only.
- Any Brand Credits applied will be credited again.
- Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
- Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please email to our customer support in case of any clarification.
- A reverse shipment fee Rs 99 is charged. Which will deducted from refund.
- Brand will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit or debit card or net banking) is no longer valid, we will issue the refund through a cheque. When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an email asking you to contact us. Basis the communication with you, the cheque may be issued to the address mentioned by you to proceed with the refund.
- Refunds are provided for cancellation / return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Return or Cancellation Policy. Given the same, the refunds would be initiated as under:

Product Change Procedure
In case you wish to change the item, you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want.
You can initiate the returns by logging into your Brand Account. Raising the return request Log into your account.
Go to My orders
Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order can be done by us or by you as mentioned below.
We reserve the right to cancel an order. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Your failure to comply with these Conditions or breach of any of the policies / terms referred herein
- Technical errors or issue
- Any reason relating to credit / fraud avoidance
- Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the User in order details
- Malpractices used to place the order
- Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale
- Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address
- Order is undelivered after three (3) attempt
- Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the Website due to any technical glitch, resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.
Regardless of the contents stated here, we have the right to reject or cancel any order without any liability. If this happens, you will be notified via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to remove any product from www.shleviro.com at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the Website or not processing an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
Availability Of Products
All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse the amount that you may have paid.
Cancellation by you
Prior to the product being shipped for delivery, you may cancel an order for any reason. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy.
